stunning views over the Dead Sea, multiple pools and bars, private beach with Dead Sea mud experience
Housekeeping issues such as stained linens and wet towels, long waits for carts leading to frustration for elderly guests!!! An improvement in check-in procedures to avoid chaos would be beneficial!!!

We stayed in a Classic Twin Room, and it was really spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. Plus, the large balcony had an incredible view of the Dead Sea. Only downside was the slippery bathtub and lack of USB ports in the room. Overall, a solid experience!

I had an amazing time enjoying the private beach area and the infinity pool overlooking the sea! The spa treatments were super relaxing, and being able to unwind with a massage after a day of exploring was fantastic. The only downside was that the dining area felt a little too casual for a five-star experience, but the food was still tasty. 😊

beautiful gardens, impressive architecture, adults only pool
Several small touches need attention!!! Adding complimentary toiletries would elevate bathroom experiences, closing bathroom doors properly would enhance privacy, and improving room decor could create a more inviting atmosphere!!!
